Anna Chojnicka is Youth Business International’s Head of Responsible Business, leading their work on social, green and climate entrepreneurship, sustainable business, and inclusive entrepreneurship. She has 14 years’ experience of launching, strengthening and scaling up purpose driven business globally, and facilitating networks to develop and connect the wider ecosystem.

Anna started her career as a social entrepreneur and later worked for foundations providing support to young entrepreneurs, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, networks and start-up capital needed to thrive. She has lived and worked in in diverse contexts and countries, gaining insight into the different needs and barriers young entrepreneurs face.

At Youth Business International, Anna is part of a team leading a membership network of organisations around the world that support young entrepreneurs. They connect, collaborate, and co-create content to provide quality, inclusive programming that helps young, under-served entrepreneurs from diverse contexts to thrive.
