Maryann Tseng is currently Senior Managing Director – Strategic Department at SenseTime, leading the company’s international equity markets, investment and financing team towards strategic investment. She was heavily involved at fundraising of SenseTime with the successful completion of its IPO and now she is part of SenseTime strategic investment senior management team.

Before joining SenseTime, Maryann has more than decade(s) of experience in capital markets with mandates spanned across variety of verticals and with a strong specialty in TMT industries during her times at Morgan Stanley and CITICS CLSA particularly at Investment Banking and Global Markets, led teams of senior investment bankers.

In addition to her financial expertise, Maryann places tremendous value on community service and engagement, particularly focusing on the advocacy of Sustainability and ESG, with impacts of corporate governance and investments

She was the co-Chair of the Financial Services Committee and a council member of the Executive Council Committee of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Maryann holds a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary and has earned Executive Education from the Stanford Senior Executive Leadership Program, Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, and The Wharton School. She earned a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School in 2022. She is now an adjunct associate professor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU).
